NOW ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sugs' Shoppe aka Sterk Acres, LLC is located in Fenton, Michigan, USA.  Our standard shipping method is Priority shipping on all items over $30 for tracking and insurance purposes. I ship typically Monday and Thursday. Please be aware that custom orders can take 3-8 weeks to complete, ensure you are checking the listings for timeframes.

Addresses MUST be accurate, returned items will need updated address and payment for shipping fees.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order items may be returned within one week of receipt. Before returning your item please contact first with your order information. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they were sent to you.  

If you would like something altered we will be happy to help you with this.

Please reuse the package your item/s were shipped in to return or exchange, the package was designed for this purpose.
